In all seriousness, when this board is made can we block our histories or have access to a new screen name? There is plenty of my older posts that would paint a not so high view of myself, and I'm one of the nicer/better posters.

When interviewing, I definitely do web research of the individual. If I knew their TD.com handle, you damn sure can bet I'd be going through posts.

Exactly. If you're applying for higher end jobs, they want as much information as possible on a person. That's partially why I've tamed down my posting, the other part is I'm just maturing as an individual.
