Longtime Xbox fanboy.

Will get PS4 at launch.

Probably wait a year for an XB1, in case of any rrod-type shite. . .but will probably own both a year after the XB1 launch.

Glad MS reigned in the disdain for consumer complaints, and actually listened. The free market worked.

This is why I'm waiting 2+ years for both just like I did the last generation. Anything worth a shite on those consoles will be on PC anyway.

I'll catch them after a price cut and after a new model has come out.

Had 360 and Wii last gen. Will likely eventually get a PS4 and Wii U. Will probably be another 2 years for either system though.

Ps4. I do wish the ps controllers were set up like Xbox though. I will say that my original ps2 and ps3 both died about three years in. The price difference and friend list I have accrued make it tough to switch at this point. Plus I will take subpar servers and free service anyday.

Multiplayer for PS4 requires a subscription.

I've just been reading a lot of reviews, they made the handles a little longer but it's still small and the left stick is still out of place.

XB1. Will probably wait a year though. Was on the verge of preordering until they back tracked.

Both suck in their own ways. This gen was awesome, a shame it must end.

Ill probably PC gaming for the first few months then pick up a PS4. Ill pick up a Xbox One later.

The two controllers are still the same width, even with the new screen on the PS4. Sure they increased the width, but took up the extra space with that little screen. So the sticks and the buttons are all still taking up the same amount of space and your thumbs and fingers are still in the same places.

They didn't improve it ergonomically at all, they just added a little screen. The controller is really the main reason I'm staying with Xbox, I'm not loyal to Microsoft or anything, I just can't get past PS4's lack of improvement on the DS3.

Dualshock 4 is completely different form the DS3, in size, width, weight, everything.

The analog sticks are spread out approximately half an inch more than on the DS3 with thicker textured grips so you're not actually reaching in to move the sticks.

When you grab the controller your thumbs will just naturally sit on the sticks, on a DS3 you have to move your thumbs down and in to reach the sticks.

So a difference of one quarter inch is going to make my left thumb sit on the stick properly? Not likely, and from the looks of that gif you still won't be able to push your thumb forward to walk, you'll have to turn your left thumb sideways and drag it forward.

Like the DS3.
