Searched the board but didn't see any reviews. Has anyone watched house of cards on netflix?

Reviews/thoughts?

I figured it was pretty good. It just takes an excellent show to talk the wife away from "errbody loves Raymond" reruns.

Very good. It'll make you hate everyone in Washington even more though.

Thought it was very well written and obviously some great acting. Some ridiculousness, but not too much. Begin.

Also seemed to have a very high production value like a movie. Very good

If she doesn't appreciate how good of a show it is after the first couple of episodes then leave her to her bullshite TV and get on your computer, put in some headphones and enjoy some quality entertainment.

ive seen it all the way through twice and watched a couple episodes more than twice.

I absolutely love it. I think it's the best "tv drama" ever FWIW

It's ok, I wouldn't rank it up there with game of thrones/boardwalk empire/madmen/breaking bad,
But it is solid and worth watching.

It's way better than all those garbage shows. Not quite to the wire/sopranos/west wing level. Think they are working on season two.

One of my favorite shows ever. I was captivated from the very first scene.

I enjoyed the first season a lot. My wife just watched the season finale of Mad Men so House of Cards will probably be the next show I try to get her interested in. We are both Kevin Spacey fans.
