The Heat is legit funny

Got dragged to this on a date friday not expecting anything at all... but was laughing nearly the entire time, definitely a good movie to "let her pick" to where she thinks she's getting the best of you/her turn/her choice etc.
Don't let the chick movie vibe scare you off too much. At the very least worth a rental when it comes out

I thought Bridesmaids looked awful in the trailers, but that movie cracked me up. Hopefully this one is similar, I could use some points letting her pick.

I cannot stand Melissa McCarthy. The only time I laughed in the whole trailer was when Sandra slid and cut herself. Sheeple eat this crap up though. Oh look, this line isn't funny so lets drop a lot of f bombs to make it appear funny.This post was edited on 7/3/13 at 2:29 am

I'd say it's a good indicator I will hate the film. I hated McCarthy in the Bridesmaids clips that were supposed to be the best scenes in the movie and she was awful in Hangover 3.

she is hysterical in this movie. Now if she isn't someone you'd like then I get it, but I along with everyone else in the theater was laughing the entire time.

It was better than i thought it was going to be but its the definition of an average comedy

An enjoyable movie, but not as funny as some are saying. I didn't laugh the entire time, but I laughed pretty hard at a lot of spots. It's worth checking out.
