Had a rough but decent fishing trip at Freshwater City.

We woke up yesterday morning to a huge arse thunderstorm with massive lightening bolts all over the place, but decided to take a chance and head for the coast. So we arrived at freshwater city around 0600 and waited for over an hour for the storm to pass, and just as the weather started to clear, the wind starts blowing like hell. Again, we said screw it and took a chance. After fighting rain, wind and a slack tide we ended up with 12 reds and 2 channel cats. Also caught a huge drum and about 20 reds all at 15 inches.

I guess sometimes you just gotta say F it and take a chance!
