great first episode.
the old shrink is going to throw in an interesting dynamic. this show is at its best when people know dexter's secrets. my guess is harry consulted with this chick after kid dex started taking things a bit too extreme during art class.

At first, I thought the season/series would end up with something relatively lame/predictable like Deb killing Dexter but I have changed my mind.

Questions:
How did they account for Laguerta's death? Presumably that will be explained later.
I thought Batista quit the force and opened the bar? Maybe that will be explained.

Just finished the episode, good shite but it all feels a little played out, I'm glad this is the last season.

Am I the only one that is suspicious of Matthews throughout the whole series of Dexter? I'm convinced it was him that killed Harry and he covered it up as a suicide.
