Next Thursday through Sunday will be my last hoorah for beer for a while. I've let things go too far, and I've been eating better but still need to cut back. Can't start that with a 4 day weekend though. My plan is to cut out drinking during the week then limit consumption on the weekends.

No, I'm brewing this weekend to have a batch to celebrate a birth. Plan to bottle it on the birth date. Since it will be a bourbon stout, I don't plan on drinking what i keep of it anytime soon.
Now what I'm bottling this weekend may cause a problem.
