Just started watching this series on showtimeanytime.com last week and I just finished the first season. Loved it. Has anyone read the book(s?) it's "based" off of? How does the second season compare? Not as good? Better?

I didn't know they were based off books, I thought it was based off an Israeli series. Love the show, season 2 was great IMO; slightly better than the first.

Can I come along? I promise I won't do anything wrong? I promise I won't get out of the car.

Ah, sure, okay.

I loved the 1st season and start of the 2nd. Half through the 2nd season it gets cheezy and a little ridiculous. Made me not really like the show anymore.

Won't say it made me not like the show anymore, cause I still think it's awesome, but definitely agree the first season was better than the 2nd.

This... the Brody suspense alone made the 1st season so epic.

The 1st season might be one of my favorite seasons in TV history.

Yeah, they really shite the bed with season 2. It got to be ridiculous to where you couldn't suspend disbelief that much anymore. I will still watch S3 and hope it gets better. But S1 was awesome!
