My wife bought my son a 6 volt shitty power wheel for his birthday last year. We are already on our 2 battery and the batteries only last about 10 minutes if that. We got a new charger and battery and same shite. Could it be the motor?
I wanna hook that bitch up with 12 volt, what do I gotta do?

U want to replace the motor, or simply apply 12 volts to a 6 volt motor?

Add 12 volts to a 6 volt motor if possible. frick a new motor, it's a girly car! That mothafricker should have a tractor or a four wheeler. Pics coming soon.

Can't hook up 12V to a 6V motor, due to the windings of the 6V motor. Chances are you would burn the motor up fast.

If you want longer run time, just add a second 6V battery, + to + and - to -. That would boost power some and longer run time.

Post the one where the little boy on the tractor rolls over the lite girls sitting down playing the guitar. I'm on my phone.

That would never happen at my house if that ice chest was full of beer! That John Deere would have been stopped with a large bullet!

What if the John Deere wasn't limping? Would it still get a bullet?

I think this is all you can do. Increasing the voltage would cause it to pull less amps. I'm straining to remember my electrical engineering classes, but I think that what the result would be. Less current will cause the motor to run incorrectly.

Make use of that little brain of yours and imagine what I would do.
