re: Official 2013 Phish thread - Fall Tour starts Oct. 18th

Yea all my buddies like Cheese a lot. A couple of them went and saw them in Austin a few days ago.

They all like Umphrey's and Panic too, niether of which really do anything for me

Honestly I don't really care for any jam music outside of Phish and occasionally Disco Biscuits

Phish is really about as far into the jam scene as I go. After that it all just kind of sounds like the same shitty generic music to me

The New Deal was by far the best band in the jamtronica scene. Loved those guys.

Lettuce is just ridiculous.

If ever in New Orleans for a long Jazz Fest run you have to go to the Royal Family Ball.

It is the Thursday night before second weekend. And Lettuce, Soulive, Nigel Hall Band, and starting this year the London Souls all play.

London Souls started this year at like 11 or so, then Nigel Hall, then Soulive (with a warren haynes sit in), then Lettuce played till like 4:30 or so. Everybody from all the bands are coming in and out to play with each other.

Disco Biscuits aren't boring. They are more distracting and annoying.

I agree about Bisco kids. Scum for sure.

Im super jealous. I got $300 on ebay for my tickets. I grouped all 4 in 1 sale and I guess somebody just really wanted those pavs.
