Not as weird as Cheese shows
Very odd and diverse crowd. But the best part is there aren't any snob wooks killing everyone's vibes. Haven't met an unfriendly person in their lots yet

I've only cheesed it up a few times at festivals? They don't have traditional wooks?

Well at Red Rocks '10 of course there some but they weren't obnoxious or out to scam the common folk. But just about everyone I've come across at their shows has been as friendly as can be. Everyone helps everyone get to where they're trying to go, mentally and physically.

They are big time hula hooping enthusiasts is all I know.

Never seen them before though (frankly don't really know anything about them)

If you get a chance give them a try. Their shows are very unique and cover a number of different music tastes. They get kind of wompy sometimes which I'm not a huge fan of but they do a good job of using it at the right time.

Easily one of my Top 5 bands still playing

In no order:

SCI
Phish
Railroad Earth
WSP
Umphrey's

ABB would be in there but I don't know if I consider them "still playing"

Crosseyed and Light were good jams last night. The Marie teases were nice.

Possum is fun live so it is whatever.

I respect that, for me it would probably be in no order except for the first one.

Phish
Mule (or Warren Haynes Band)
Lettuce
Tom Petty
Umphrey's

had a lot of trouble with this last one. A month ago it would have been Papa Grows Funk.

You told me about Turkuaz before and I never checked them out. Real good stuff. I'll have to keep an eye out for them.

Theyre the most fun party band ever.

They are starting to expand their touring, but are still pretty heavy in the east coast and midwest

I have to edit my list, I missed one of my favorites.

Phish
Mule
Lettuce
The Word
and Papa Grows Funk.

PGF was playing together during the year so I am counting them.
