I have a one plane swing. There is also a 2 plane swing...ryno apparently has a 5 plane swing!

I'm still trying to figure out how even makes contact with ball after swaying so far to the right on the backswing. I've never seen anything like that

I'd say he about a 15, shoots about 85-90. The occasional 82 or so on a good day.

more like a straight pull or a pull hook. it's a slight over the top motion so I'm guessing if its not fading then the ball ends up on the left side of the fairway more often than not

I'm usually terrible at watching other peoples' swings and giving advice, but you know how on TV they draw lines along the spine angle and the bend in the knees at address and show the pros maintaining those angles throughout? Yea, your angles are completely different from address to contact to finish.

I'm a 9.6 index and I shoot about 85 on tight driving courses. I shoot 79-82 on more liberal driving courses. My home course is tight so I don't hit a lot of drivers.
I never claimed to have a picturesque swing...I go for max smash factor and let the chips fall were they may.
I used to be a big super draw player and that became a hook so I weakened my grip and not hit it straighter with the driver but with irons its still a 5-10-15 yd draw...cannot hit a cut on purpose
