not true. I see many douches shooting poorly with white belts on. IMO you need to be 5 hc or lower to sport a White belt. I wear all black shoes anyway so I wear a black belt to match.

I like copper mill. I shot 78 the first time i played out there mostly because I didnt know where to hit it on a couple holes and got end some trouble. I like the course. but it can get you in trouble for sure if you dont know what shot to hit

Just make sure you get the right shaft in it. The Diamana stock shafts are really good, but they have different characteristics.

I've been in the 70's 8 times in my life, 3 a copper mill abd I've only played it ~8 times

I have a Rife that is similar to that Scotty, but its got a tropical oilcan type finish on it. What do you putt with now?

I have white shoes, so I pretty much have to wear the white belt. I know a lot of people hate on white shoes too.

I just can't seem to get any legit birdie attempts. I made 5 pars yesterday, and three were good 1-putts and two were 2-putts on par 5s. If I get the green in regulation it's never close to the pin :(

yeah when i was out there I made a bunch of birdies just going after pins but I hit some balls in shitty spots and OB/water once or twice that led to some doubles and stuff. It was a frustrating 78 or whatever I shot.
I love lakewood. really solid track out there. I think its a very fair course. It will penalize you for hitting bad shots and reward you for hitting good shots
