It's Saturday night in Champions square next to the Superdome. We will be there. Can't wait to see Merle perform... It oughta be a great show.

I went to see Merle a few years ago in Mississippi and he was great when he was there but half of his show was his damn son singing the lead with his own songs while Merle wasn't even on stage. Very disappointing.

Who y'all think is opening? Merle will only play 10-15 songs and every JJ show I've been to he has played til closing time, but the concert is "Merle Haggard with special guest Jamey Johnson."
Maybe JJ will open, then Merle, then JJ will come back and close her out.
