how are the reports coming out of venice? will be fishing wednesday morning.

Good reports from what I've heard both inshore and offshore. Course that could be the guides trying to oversell it LOL

Have been doing well on snapper and cobia both east and west, although the snapper were a little finicky Saturday. Predicted 1 foot seas were more lik 3-4's on the east side. Trout are being caught by the guides but scattered for the average weekend warrior. Trout fishing seemed more consistent in May. Plenty reds around the south side of Yuratich Bay. Go get 'em

LOL 3-4 feet?????? do you think this is the hull truth? i work on the east side of venice and it never got over 2s even during the squalls
anyway, fishing has been outstanding, good friend of mine has been wearing out the 20+ pound snapper and grouper as well.
Cocodrie has been hot as well, thats where i fish out of and we have been hammering the grouper and exotics
