Sterling has become more dangerous than Coutinho although Coutinho gets all they hype
Coutinho's knock is that he tends to disappear for chunks of the game. But, to his credit, he's liable to pop up from anywhere with a key pass creating a scoring opportunity.
Sterling is more direct. Both are awesome young talents. What are Cou's chances of being called up for the World Cup?

Sterling is getting the respect he deserves - heck, he's gotten many a "man of the match" pundits for the Arsenal beat down and yesterday.
Maybe he doesn't get the fan gushing that Cou gets, but that will come - especially if he keeps out of trouble.
As for Cou - I think he's done some great things this year and is clearly a great option. I think he's really been working on his defensive work (which, in games like Arsenal was superb) and also the physicality of the game. He can still be taken out of matches, but a lot less than he used to - mostly due to his defensive work putt the ball at his feet with some space.
Cou still sees (and makes) passes that a lot of other guys don't. They aren't always assists, but they are just as important throughout a game.
He and Henderson really need to work on some of those final touches/shots though.

Flanno thrusts at dummies a few times to many, but he's all heart right now. He's growing each week, and while I don't think he's currently a CL level starting FB, he could be one someday soon. An upgrade is necessary, but I would be fine with him starting a decent number of PL games next year (on either side)to give rest and provide support and cover for injury.
I also think he'll keep growing, though I am unsure of his ceiling. I don't think he'll ever be world class though.

yeah, I think Robinson and McLaughlin are actually rated higher than him in terms of ability, but I've read Robinson's attitude is poor... Again, I think he's done a great job he past few months for us and he has a great attitude that will help him succeed..
Sterling is so much improved this year its ridiculous... he could have easily have had two more assists yesterday if Hendo is on target and Lloris doesn't make a great save on Luis' header... His strength is amazing too... Ive said before, if he wasnt so valuable as a winger, I think he could be a world class RB...
Cou is young and improving... He needs to either improve his shooting or stop taking so many IMO... he still has those meoments of pure magic... and has bought in to BRs pressing...
It'll be interesting what will happen to these two youngsters, because I have to believe we will bring in some older, more established players to push them for a spot over the summer...
If we buy wisely, it should make us that much better and add quality depth, if not... see Spurs..

Quoted and saved for proof....
Unless you pull a bs "I didn't say what size it would be" miniature version of the letters on your nip or something.

I'm in, but I'm thinking the liverbird (minus the stars) on my chest...

A liverbird upon my chest would be awesome too.
I met a guy at a bar recently who had the shankly gates tattood on the inside of his upper arm. It was incredible!

Go with the Agger YNWA across the knuckles.

I'm in. Don't have any tattoos. The Liverbird would be awesome, but the YNWA is smaller and easier to conceal on my chest. Hmm.

Haha not sure I wanna jump on this tattoo train quite yet, but I'd consider it
And who's gonna be at Finn's for the City match? I'll be in Nola for FQF and may make a trip for the match. Should be a big one

Bump.
Of the teams that are likely to be relegated, do yall see any players we may be interested in?

Caulker is solid because he's young. No one else really stands out as an upgrade from what we already have.

Any of you guys happen to be running down Brightside this afternoon? Saw a guy wearing an LFC shirt
Posted on 4/2/14 at 7:17 pm to tsmi136
I wore one around Montgomery on Sunday.
