They're playing Sevilla. It's 5-3 at 63'
About the most wide open match I've seen in a while.

He also got lucky to not be booked as of yet. Looking for his third goal, he clearly dived.

Fillowing game cast. Dembele was good for a 7-6 lead. Is it over?

I agree we should not have struggled like we did. However, call me crazy but the way we came back after going down in ET, maybe this will provide a spark. Also, first time in quarters of CC in 4 years!

We've drawn West Ham for the quarters at WHL.

City, United and Chelsea will all be on the road.

Revenge time!

It's too bad city, Chelsea and united don't play each other at all though.

I thought Lamela played a lot better today. I felt terrible for him with that PK miss.

Friedel is showing his age he's slow as shite. Siggy had a sweet shot and Kane had a nice crack that smashed off the post. He's a good player to use in these cup games to get some experience

Yes. Hopefully, that miss doesn't stick with him. It's amazing how something so different than the game of soccer can affect a player's confidence.

I thought Brad was unlucky with the OG

He did guess right and got burnt on PKs but it is what it is

I said this last year. I'm shocked we didn't find a replacement last year. I thought Friedel's play cost us the Europa League (who really gives a shite? )

I'm not really blaming him for the OG. It's more of the huge gap that is left behind our defense because of how slow he is off his line and his ability to move across the goal quickly to cut off angles.

It looked like he was just falling over on some of those PKs

I agree 100%... Just hard to accept in my mind that Brad is over the hill and should be replaced after the season
