It's amazing how the Spurs continue to find hidden talents like him. It'd be huge for us to find a player of his quality with the 6th pick this year.

He didn't workout for teams, that's the only reason he fell in the draft.

He's not really a hidden talent.

Ok, maybe not a hidden talent, but if everyone knew he'd be this good he wouldn't fall to 15.

And he's an average role player playing on a great team with great coaching.

But him on the Bobcats and he's unheard of.

If we can develop a solid core (Gordon/Davis/? hopefully) we can plug Leonard type players and they could thrive. Darius Miller? Why not?

Darius Miller is a Leonard type player. Type.

Obviously he doesn't do it as well as Leonard. But Leonard wasn't the type of player in college as he is in the NBA

He had zero outside shot in college. He relied on his athleticism and size and scored mostly in the paint and on fast breaks. Dude was dunking on everyone in the MWC.

He has become a much better outside shooter in the NBA since he in no longer the superior athlete. His game has evolved for the better.

What about a guy like Jamal Franklin. Hopping back in it and getting him?

EG for a pick. We aren't going to get anything good for him so maybe just get a pick or two. Just throwing out ideas.

Kawhi cost them tonight. He had good numbers but made several bone headed moves when it was close. No where near as bad as Manu the last 2 games though.
