I wouldn't mind seeing a front 4 like this if giroud was tired or nicked..

I saw this too. Intrigued me. It would work best with two guys wide who can stay wide; a Theo and a Podolski. I don't know where Santi would fit in. Maybe deeper at the point of a midfield three, with two anchors behind him.

his intelligent movement, especially drifting outside, opened up some lanes for Schurrle and Muller to run into. could work well with Poldi and Theo out wide.

Yep. In the Sunderland game Theo should have had a hat trick by halftime. Now with Cazorla and Ozil together he is really going to stretch defenses for himself and others.

I guess thats what im getting at, 2 of those arent healthy and carzola has already missed time. So yeah we would be screwed unless everyone else is healthy.
