I remember bringing up something about B'ham before and was gunned down (pun intended) about how it doesn't compare to BR or NO.

However, this is the main reason why most decent folks don't go into Birmingham.

Poverty rate and high school degree are but a few variables related to the incidence of violent crime in these areas.

You are high out of your mind if you think Birmingham, AL is worse than New Orleans, LA.

I think BR and NOLA specialize in murder only.

The actual crime rate in New Orleans is lower than many other urban areas in the country. But our murder rate is much higher.

Interesting comparisons here

blue is cocaine, red is meth, and green is MJ

Pay special attention to that western seaboard, the curve of crime across the mid south, and the far NE and compare it to the unemplyment, cocaine use, and gang presense, and of course the minority population maps.

Now look and see which states have the strongest gun control background checks.

Those cities are all mostly black. Racist white people must be going there and attacking them.
