I may be trading my Winchester Model 94 30/30 for a Bowtech TomKat. I don't know anything about this brand and can't find much on the net.

Not a huge bow hunter. I have a very cheap bow ( Darton). Have killed with it quite a few times. Looking to get something a little better

Bowtech makes good bows. Not familiar with any particular models though.

I own a Bowtech and love it. That being said, a Tomkat that's currently on eBay has a bid of $145.00 on it. I personally wouldn't trade a firearm for a bow. See if you could make the bow owner a cash offer.

This. Used bow retains nowhere near the value of a used firearm in my view.

Yea not a good trade. Let him know you can buy the same bow on ebay for 150 bucks and offer him that instead of the Winchester.

Sorry. My daughter informed me that it is not for sale or trade. She has claimed it that makes my day that she wants it

No way I'd trade a gun for a bow. A bow has a fixed life since it has fiberglass limbs.
