So I got charged another $40 from geauxzone...anyway to get money back?

Long story short, I bought 4 months for baseball season, it ran out this week and had no idea it would automatically renew and go ahead and charge me another $40 for another 4 months. I have absolutely no use for GZ the next 4 months. I dont even know how to cancel the subscription so I just deleted my card info for now. Is it worth even trying to get my money back by sending an email or am I just shite out of luck there?

If it's within a few days, they'll most likely refund.

No it clearly tells you when you sign up that if you don't cancel before your subscription runs out that it will automatically renew it.
That would be why I cancelled my as soon as the regionals ended.

I cancelled mine a couple of weeks ago. It was in the my account section but I really had to dig to find it.
It won't hurt to try calling or emailing to see if they will refund the money to you, but you definitely should do it now. However it does clearly say when you sign up that you will be automatically renewed after 3 months.

Yeah I know, but not everyone reads every little fine print on everything nor would I have remember 4 months later. Just wondering if anyone has had success before getting money back. I just figured out how to cancel the service which I did.

I did the same thing but I was not charged for June. I went to "Manage My Account" and it showed that I no longer have a Geauxzone package.

Mine automatically charged me on the day of the North Texas game last season. I told them that there was no way I could have signed up for it that day because i didnt even have electricity (hurricane) and I went to the actual game. I called the company geauxzone is through and told them that I did not want it for football season and they game me a refund.

This is exactly the reason I didn't sign up the last two seasons. The auto renew is b.s. I called right after the auto renew hit and they did refund my payment. It took a month to get the credit though.
The product offered wasn't that great either. I'd rather hit the refresh button and follow the TD play by play.

Update on this, so I submitted a quick message to them and low and behold just got an email and they are refunding the $40. Not bad...thought I'd let everyone know in case this happens to you in the future.
Pretty surprised they not only are refunding the money based on my email but got back to me within the same day.
