Rewatched, Ginobili took three steps heat fans and was fouled

Actually it looked more like two from when he picked up the ball, but I'll give you three to make you happy. He was however fouled.
Also green was hip checked by bosh before he got his hand up to get the ball so that was a foul also.
Refs didn't call the ot like the did the rest of the game, lost control and let the heat escape.

No way refs were calling that on Bosh, but technically speaking it was a foul, he hit him with the body before the block even occurred
