Might have something to do with us seemingly having the better team most of the time and just not getting it done when it matters most. It's frustrating to watch such potential for NCs wasted

0-2 is never good enough. With the talent on this team, LSU should have won at least 1 game. I can handle not winning it all, but 2 and Q is a tough pill to swallow.

Don't blame Maneri then. He was NOT swinging at all those high pitches against UCLA and HE did NOT get fooled at the plate by Thorton today who threw over 100 pitches and the BATTERS could not hit him....... Think about it...........

Last 5 trips to Omaha we have gone 2 and q 3x. 1-2 once and won a national title. This program is still great but others have been better in the last decade.

Yes but he can tell his players, don't swing at the first pitch, take until you get a strike. The guy was all over place. How do you feel about maineri's decision to allow rhymes to hit instead of bunting over the run that tied it? Its Maineri's team, he is the head coach, he gets full responsibility. Does Maineri get any blame at all or its ALL on the players?

I don't expect to win it every year. But that was 4 years ago with completely different players. We haven't been spectacular in the postseason since.
And yea, with one of the best teams, players, and pitchers in the country all season and with almost all national seeds except us failing to qualify, I kinda expect to win a game at least
