Dude should be a 5 star considering his talent, production, and potential.

If youre an ESPN insider you can check the hot board which is where they basically predict where the players will go. LSU has a lot of them, just like we do in other sites. But, read the comments from other people. Lot of SEC butthurt people saying its all LSU and Bama getting all the players and stuff

According to ESPN: LSU has 9/10 4 stars and the only one not making the list is Clapp, the OL from Brother Martin. Considering that he was recruited by the powers, he should be listed as a 4 star.

We are 7th overall, with fewest committed, in the top 10. So looking at the competition, recruiting sites, they really are behind in updating their lists, in my opinion..

Thanks for sharing this information

The other sites ratings are based more on the combine circuit, they have that relationship. ESPN rates by ability. Say what you want (I know you will), but those are facts. Certain paysites benefit by delivering kids to certain combines. It is a big money business. In my opinion, ESPN bases their ratings more on what a kid does on the gridiron.

I somewhat agree. However, ESPN has its own events where most of its guys are there like the Elite 11 and The Opening. Harris got his big boost based alot off his impressive showings in the Elite 11 camps. ESPN's rankings will probably change alot again after The Opening because its guys will be there in Oregon to watch the 100 participants.

I'm not saying Quinn is a bad football player, I'm just saying 38 is a little high. I definitely want Quinn at LSU but I'm not sure he is the #38 overall high school football player in the country.

Favorite for #1, 23, 27, 28, 29, 59.

In the mix for #7, 8, 30, 38, 48.

That's just the top 100.

I think that's high for Quinn as well and I'm one that believes he has the highest floor of all the wrs in the class nationwide. He's got a nice ceiling as well and is extremely talented(I personally think our fanbase severely underrates him because of Noil and Dupre) but I don't see the #38 player in the country. He'll get his chance to prove it though. I wish him luck and hope he's a Tiger when he commits. I think he will be.

Clapp is a 4 star just not in the 300.

Add #108,111,150,280

If by a miracle we land them all ...

All of our current commits are rated 4* by at least one of the sites. Is that correct?

Does 247 even factor in ESPN rankings into their composite rankings?
