Anybody recommend a home warranty company in BR?

We had AHS when we first bought our house as part of the purchase. We kept it for quite a few years after at our own expense and we used it a few times. Once for a/c repair; once for hot water heater (gave us a new one), once for an electrical issue, and once for a plumbing issue. First few uses, they sent local people out. The last time (plumbing issue) they sent someone from New Orleans and I was not impressed. When we put in a new A/C, we did not renew. They hound us regularly to sign up again. In hindsight, we should have just put the annual fee to renew in a savings account.
