Just booked my parents for Omaha championship game week

I was able to find a decent hotel less than 5 miles away from the stadium for less than $120 a night.
I'm rolling the dice with the championship game week though by going thru StubHub. I mean we all know that LSU is going all the way, but worst case scenario I'm hoping the tickets will sell (considering other teams fan base's are a joke and the demand is low).

Yea there are rooms available for good prices downtown. Everything you need to do is walking distance.

for those with experience how easy is it to sell tickets on Stubhub? I've only purchased tickets through there.
considering I invested around $800 on the championship week last night, I'm just looking at my options. hopefully LSU can bounce back, but I have to look at the options.
