It's a 12 team league. You get to keep 3 every year and the penalty is 2 draft spots from wherever they were drafted last year. My best options are these 4:

WR Randall Cobb -could get him in the 7th round
WR Danny Amendola - could get him in the 12th round
QB Colin Kaepernick -could get him in the 13th round
HB Al Morris -could get him in the 13th round

Most sites have Cobb going in the 3rd or 4th round, Amendola in the 5th, Kaepernick in the 4th, and Morris in the 1st or 2nd.

I'm obviously keeping Morris, but picking 2 from the other 3 is really difficult. Kaepernick and Amendola present the most value in terms of where I can get them v. where they would normally be drafted, but I love Cobb and usually like to draft Rodgers or Brees in the first round.

You think Amendola is too big of an injury risk?

how does it work losing the same round twice?

I'd let Kap slide...12th best QB is Luck or Romo...so at worse its a small slide

I got both in free agency last year, so they become automatic 13th rounders if I keep them. I will have to work out something with the commish if I keep both....maybe make one a 12th round and the other a 13th.

Kap and Morris IMO

Incredible value for those two picks.

THIS, plus if you could still draft another quarterback if you feel uneasy with Kap. His numbers will decrease this year just like Cam's #'s his sophomore season.

Who are the next 3 guys you could keep?

Morris is 1.

Honestly, I like Cobb as #2 but Im not sure with the 7th round grade.

Amendola could be nice but his injuries have become commonplace. Can't trust him as a keeper.

Kaepernick is great but Im not sure you want to keep a QB. Plus he lost Crabtree, that counts for a little, though not much in my book.

Kap, Morris, Amendola.

This is easy. They are all INCREDIBLE value.

eta: after reading through this thread if you didn't want to keep kap and just keep cobb and draft your stud qb in round 1 that'd be great too.
