That doesn't mean they can't and won't schedule more...
But it really sounds like from the interviews, they are not thrilled with the games this year and will trust film more than anything.

He probably has his target list narrowed down, including the 4 who were in today, Saric, and the top prospect(s) who won't work out for the Pelicans (E.g. Oladipo)

I think all drafting a PG means is you have to choose between Rivers and Vasquez for the backup combo guard of the future. I'd expect Vasquez to be traded, possibly on draft night, more likely by the deadline.
