Recommendations in Mandeville/Covington

I'm going to Mandeville to celebrate Father's Day tomorrow. Can you guys recommend a good restaurant in the area. (Anything but Italian)
Due to my father's health I need a restaurant where I can pick up food and bring it home.

Take home and not Italian is a tough one.
Sal and Judy's is the best restaurant in the state, IMO. Being that this is not an option, maybe Gallagher's?
Also look at Keith Young's in Madisonville.

Moved from the Northshore 6 mos ago but here's some other suggestions:
Zea's in Covington (not far off I-12)
Morton's in Madisonville (classic LA seafood)
Nuvolaris (Mandeville)
