IMO, they should have a ref on the sideline to look at this shite during the game. If the flop is obvious, other team shoots a technical free throw and gets the ball after the next stoppage in play. They get tossed for 2nd flop in that game.

Flopping penalties should be set percentages of salaries. That way the highest paid played would be punished more equally.
And I'm not suggesting the percentage be higher for the richer players. I'm not our moronic government. Flat tax and flat fines for me.
