Kanno Recommendations?

Afternoon All,
I've been to Kanno before, but the only thing I've tried beyond the basic stuff was the Elvis Roll, which was awesome.
This time I want to get nothing but the crazy, unusual stuff (preferably not with cooked fish). It can be a salad, fancy roll, whatever - doesn't matter...

Marinated albacore tuna app or spicy miso albacore tuna app, Spicy softshell crab soup
Godzilla roll, very expensive roll, protein roll
Sashimi app is great. Shrimp or crawfish tempura hand roll.

He has a salad with raw fish and spinach in a spicy jalapeno dressing that is fantastic. Soft shell crab miso gumbo worth an order as well. Bobby, the waitron, always wants to bring out the calamari steak with mushrooms. While good, tell him to just bring you 3-4 raw fish offerings of Elvis' choice. He will pretend he doesnt understand what you are saying. He does this to everyone. Press him.

He is just like that. Sometimes he just ignores what you ask and brings out whatever he wants. Part of the charm I guess.
