Oh shite, I misread the title. I thought it was "Good music to listen too while working", like at a cubicle...... At my computer all day, it's just angry German techno.

For hard-core weight training: Woody Guthrie, Bob Dylan and James Taylor...... MAYBE some Moody Blues if you wanna go crazy on it.

For me, it all depends on what type of work out I'm doing, and how I'm feeling. If I'm lifting, I like to listen to either rap (pretty much anything with a hard beat will suffice), or some of the following:

Tool
Metallica
Korn
Hed PE
Pantera
Rob Zombie
Slipknot

There are others, but this is what I can think of right now.
