i get what you're saying, but i have been to many courts (in LA only, mind you), and this is pretty common

I would imagine Broward and especially Dade county is very similar to Orleans parish criminal courts.

Local sports talk radio shows here have been saying the same this afternoon.

Judge should be fired. No doubt about that. Local sports talk radio shows here have been saying the same this afternoon.

Did local sports radio discuss that on recommendation of the judicial qualifications committee the FL supreme court can discipline a judge; or the judge can be impeached by 2/3 vote of the FL house and 2/3 conviction by the senate? Or did they just say on the radio that she should be "fired?"

I thought it was deserved when I thought it was sexual harassment involving a woman lawyer but this is a joke. Waste of tax dollars.

I think the bitch just wanted to show her arse cause he was a spoiled rich athlete.

I'm not sure his savings is big enough at this point...and he's not exactly multi-talented, and he's on the back end of his football career IF he even gets to make a roster, which seems unlikely considering his baggage and declining ability. So in other words, his "Athlete" status is ending, and his money (unless he finds another way to earn as much) won't exactly qualify him as outlandishly rich as you may think.

There is a hard knocks episode when Ochocinco is on the Bengals and Marvin Lewis is trying to tell Chad about managing his money, and of course Ochocinco doesn't want to listen to a word of it.

I hate to be the guy to say it..

But should he really spend 30 days in jail because for the judge it was "that time of the month?"

WOW I assumed Chad was being a dumbass and interrupted the judge as she was sentencing him. But I just watched the video and the fricking Judge is the one who made it a casual situation and Chad just reciprocated. This is beyond ridiculous.

Its always fricking Florida as well. That place is a black eye on humanity.

Yep. She was complimenting the lawyer on doing a good job. And Chad just did a simple "backside tap" in a good job way. He wasnt trying to be an a-hole (no pun intended)

I have a problem with the original plea deal if he actually did that to his wife.

That being said, the judge is an arse foot changing her mind based on that
