Defeated team victory lap???

Seeing LSU's victory lap 
last night had me thinking about all those I've seen in the past. I couldn't however, recall the team that LSU beat one year and the defeated team took a victory lap because it was the best the team had ever done. The fans gave them as much cheering as they gave LSU that year 
(admittedly, it is easy to be magnanimous when you win). Anyone remember that team's name? It was a while back, in the Old Box.

College of Charleston went for a "victory" lap after we beat them in a regional championship. Don't remember the year though.

After we steam-rolled Army, our team had them do a “victory” lap followed by the Tigers. It was a great show of sportsmanship.

UNC-Wilmington took a lap after losing to us. Of course, that was preceded by an earlier game in the regional where we cheered them to victory over Tulane.

UCLA...
The real story was they had set an attendance that year at home. An entire year....they had as many fans come watch them play as one LSU game....
They had something like 7k fans their whole year

UNC Wilmington did one after LSU fans cheered them on against Tulane. They also beat us in the first game and forced another championship game. The team was scrappy won some games and really seemed to enjoy the fans at the box.
