Anyone see this? Thinking of watching it on Netflix. Although looks like it could be very depressing

Good movie. Not a feel good movie though.

It has some redeeming qualities... particularly, as I've said, that the kids are cute and compelling. But the story is so totally implausible that you have to enjoy as it as some sort of morality play rather than as anything remotely accurate or possible historically.

You just described Forest Gump as well as a lot of other great movies. You suck at life.

I'd have to agree. Definitely felt younger.

Except unlike Forrest Gump it wasn't intended to be taken that way.
They are both fictional stories about historical events, how do you know which one "intended" to be which way or not? So a retard playing football for Alabama was the only thing plausible in Forrest Gump. It's a movie, btw, not a documentary. Zero Dark Thirty is another example of movies changing historical accuracies to make the movie more entertaining and therefor more implausible. It's literally in every movie that has anything to do with any kind of historical event involved. You are a moron.

Hey, moron, there's a big difference between changing historical events for the sake of a story, as long as those events are plausible, versus introducing events that could never have happened and are totally absurd. The Boy in the Striped Pajamas is totally absurd, in more ways than one, and I would go into an explanation here except that anybody who isn't a moron doesn't need one.
Furthermore, for anybody such as yourself to get offended because somebody doesn't like the movies you like is a bit childish and sociopathic. Grow up, moron.
