Is it just me, or is Alex Box Stadium going to be rocking tonight?

I can sense the excitement in the posts today. Last week, we were all like, "Oh look, Sam Houston and ULl, meh." Today has a totally different feel.

Although I hate to fall behind in a game, IMO the Box is livelier and more chaotic when we're coming from behind. Everyone is more on the edge of their seat for every pitch and gets more riled up at every bad call and every potential rally.

UC Irvine game 2 part 1
part 2
part 3
part 4

hopefully it's a UC Irvine type environment where everyone is pissed off.

I kind of thought it had a Yankee Stadium vibe last Saturday night... the 3:44 game time seemed like 1:30...

Higher money games tend to be dead unless we fall behind early and on verge of big come back (UC Irvine was so loud because of the epic comeback)

The only really loud high money game I can remember being grreat from start to finish is Bama last year.

Not sure why that is but tends to flow that way. That said hopefully its rocking and LSU doesn't frick up early and put itself in a hole early

amazing in that UCI game when mitchell comes up to bat and the ump doesn't give him the timeout. he goes 0-2 and then calls time again. After that, 4 straight balls no where near the plate and walks in a run.

I love part 2. Partially because it proves I was there.
