Calandro's for a couple steaks. Or Whole Foods if you want to get real fancy. Or the place off Choctaw if you aren't scared or in a hurry.

Add Calvins to the list. Also, La Morenita for cheaper cuts.
If you want quantity, call Ready Portion

Maxwells and WF generally carry several cuts of prime as well as grass fed at WF.
Ralph's will have some good prices on good beef as well.

That's it. They'll cut you a 3 inch steak so you can have it "blue" like some of the weirdos here.

Most butchers, even at grocery stores, will cut you a steak to order. Just have to ask.
Ready portion sells mainly wholesale. I wasn't even aware they sold retail.

Ready portion.
I have been in the catering business 30 years. It's them bar none.
You can get the absolute top quality filets but you're going to pay.
Eta, they just sold out to a different company. This happened about 5 months ago. They no longer carry brisket

Maybe not the best, but good value and always solid is Sam's.

I say Ready Portion if you want some stuff you can buy an put up for later. One or two steaks might be best elsewhere. Whole Foods/Fresh Market/Maxwells/Higer end AG.
Btw, went by the new Alexander's and they had USDA Prime steaks out there. Really good, cooked up great, tender and awesome flavor. Bought one regular and one that was. " Today Only" sale. Both were good.
