Can we get an official ruling on times?

My research indicates Israel is GMT +3, and CDT in the US is GMT -5 for a total 8 hour difference. This would put the matches at 11 and 1:30. Am I mistaken?

Just saw a commercial for the England-Italy and Germany-Holland games to be on ESPNU. You can probably imagine they'll keep showing high profile games on there throughout the tournament.

Coverage starts at 1:15 CT on Wednesday, so the matches are at 11 and 1:30 CT

Basically these players have to be under 21 at the time qualification starts, rather than being under 21 at the time that the actual tournament starts, right?

Did they turn 22 on January 1st, 1992?

It is possible for a player to be 23 at the time of this tournament.

Tough late equaliser to give up if you are Israel, had 3 points in the bag.
