Some guy is trying to tell me it's the best burger in Baton Rouge. Can anyone tell me how good it is?

I had it in lafayette a couple times. I'll admit that it is a very, very good burger.

I'm not doubting that it could be very good..but to call it the best in BR is laughable.

Its definitely a great burger, and its definitely not ridiculous to think its the best burger in Baton Rouge. I mean, its not like Baton Rouge has that many fantastic burger places

I've never had the burger, but one time I went to Coyote Blues I was quite surprised with how good all of the food was. Not crazy to think it could be a top 3 burger in the area. I know Fleming's does a great burger .. outside of that nothing really comes to mind.

I hate Roul's burger. Chimes and George's are both decent but nothing special. Brewbacher's hasn't been good in years. Mugshots is fricking garbage.

I've not had their burger but I'd bet any amount of money that it is better than Fat Cow Burger.

All of their other food is good........so the burger can't be bad.

The Kobe beef burger is excellent. I tell them to leave off the vegetable/salsa shite, or I guess you could put it on the side.

I wouldn't wish a Brewbachers burger on my worst enemy.

I haven't had one in years, but the Brewbacher's burger never was much to write home about.

Wait a minute: you can conceive of Bonefish's burger as part of your top three, but not Coyote Blues? I can understand if you were eliminating all multi-outlet restaurants from your best of list, but if freakin' Bonefish (a seafood-centric restauratn, +150 locations, wholly owned by Bloomin Brands, the Tampa-based conglomerate which also owns Flemings, Carrabba's, Outback, and Roy's) can make a best-of list, why is it so hard to conceive of CB having a good burger?

Way more scratch cooking (soups, sauces, etc) goes on in the CB kitchens than at Bonefish.

I used to hit up the one on Nicholson back in 02 and it was pretty damn good. Went to the one on Bluebonnet like back in 07 and it was horrid. Never was out of this world though you're right .. but then again first of all it's a burger, how good could it really be as far as a food experience goes? and also there's just not very many places in BR to get a good one.

Fat Cow is awful. Haven't been to Burgersmith but I hear bad things.

I always pimp out Copeland's Burger which I think is really good. Also the one I had a Pelican House 2 weeks ago was decent, but again nothing I'd make a return trip for.

Masons, Tremontes, Akasha all have pretty solid burgers as well.

I've had many burgers in Baton Rouge...I just had this burger a few weeks ago. It is extremely good. I could see it being the best in Baton Rouge. Blows brew bachers, rouls, etc out of the water. Never had flemings though.

It's a hot day, if you bought some chuck and left it outside, it would probably be at your desired temperature by the time you left work.
