yep...

for people that take into account the last decade, st. aug shouldn't be at 3, but somewhere in the teens

but they have leonard fournette and you do not

That's quite a stretch there. Four games in sixteen days, including a home-and-home with De La Salle?

St. Aug won't show up to a game or two this year that they should easily win. Happens every year.

Luckily, this will be settled on the field. I kinda like Karr this year for some reason. I think Curtis beats St Aug though.

Yep, and the funny thing about Curtis is, they arent winning due to better and bigger athletes. They win because the system and attention to detail they have for a high school team is amazing. I have watched Curits play plenty of public schools with twice the size and speed, and Curtis blows them off the field. Imaginge St. Aug or Karr with a system like Curtis

You mean imagine Karr and St Aug getting kids in elementary school so they know the system flawlessly by the time they're in high school?

Really man, you think it takes 8 years to learn their system? After 2 years, if you havent mastered a football system you simply never will. It is the attention to detail.

ETA: Also, as a public school, you know which elementary schools are going to feed into your school, why not get those coaches on board and involved. Go out and help them in order to set up their players. Dont act like good public school coaches such as Shows dont do this.

ETA2: I didnt go to Curtis, but i am not going to be someone who whines and blames them for everything. They simply but in twice the amount of time and effort in their football program then other schools. There is a reason WM and Curtis are the best, they work the hardest. But in our society today, instead of figuring it out and busting our arse to catch them, we make up rules and laws to help ourselves without the effort

Yeah...no...Dad's coach elementary schools here. No one runs the option. The junior highs? Absolutely and that's a big reason for WM's success. Yes it makes a MASSIVE difference when you get 3 extra years in the system.

So everyone else is lazy? That's why Curtis has won so many titles?

Ok, so exactly my point. WM has the junior highs running their system. Nothing is stopping anyone else from doing this. No one else is stopping people from putting the time and effort WM and Curtis do to their programs. It just frustrates me to see everyone else whine and make excuses. You hear all these " WM had bradie james tansfer for three months just to play football" bs.
