Well I guess SIWire is a pretty legit source. They said he'd sign a 4 yr contract on June 4th. They said this what? week and a half ago or 2 weeks ?

ETA: They said he'd sign on June 2nd. Not the 4th. Not bad Sports Illustrated. Although, I dont think it was a secret.

WELP ... Safe to say Chelsea have to be the early title favorites with this appointment.

Curious to see how he molds the team this summer. Who stays, who goes.

Getting Mourinho is never a bad idea if you're willing to part with him after three or four years, if not sooner.

I don't know if any big names will go.. Maybe and hopefully Torres, but Jose doesn't usually sell too many people in his first season in charge even though people think he will.

Nonsense, he scored 20+ in all competitions this year.

You've got Champions League, Premier League and domestic competitions. You could do far worse for a squad striker as depth for cup games, mid-weeks and spot starts in the league.

Torres stays.

Worst kept secret of all-time...amirite, PremierLeague.com?

Good to have The Special One back in the Premier League. Looking forward to seeing how he does back at The Bridge.

So Mourinho can't cut it at real and his fans didn't necessarily like him and he's supposed to be the answer?

I am a Chelsea fan and try to watch games when I can but am I missing something here. I know he used to be with Chelsea but what's the deal. Someone enlighten me.

Does not compute well, but he is gods gift to managing football like wright brothers are to making airplanes.

Most say Jose made the original core of Chelsea and turned the tides at the bridge and made them believe they can be a super club that wins trophy's. ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?

I am I just kinda really picked up soccer 3 or 4 years ago so that's about as far as my history goes with the sport.
But if everyone else is pleased than I'm all for it.

Chelsea TV interview:
Jose Mourinho: same message I gave you 9 years ago but this time, I am one of you". He has spoken! Forget the queen, god save Jose!!!

He was polarizing

Real Madrid fans turning on a manager like Jose Mourinho is like LSU fans turning on Les Miles or each other or sobriety.
