I don't have a keeper WR on my team, but I have Gore and Lynch... I can only keep 1 RB... I found a guy that wants Gore, who has Colston, Welker and Decker to trade... Welker I could keep 1 more year, the other two guys for 2 years (if need be)... Which guy would you try for..?

I do have a Jordy Nelson of my own, but I took it deep on his BS bandwagon last year...

Gore for Colston.

Even though you didn't state if this is a PPR or not, I'd still prefer Colston. Welker and Decker are both somewhat similar WRs. Yes Manning is throwing them both the ball, but it seems like WElker will have a lot more competition for balls in Denver than NE

Colston is where I'm leaning... Sorry for the no PPR info, I've never played with it, so I don't even think of that...

Yeah I'm not taking Welker this year. He could do just fine but I'm not risking it. Decker and Thomas are a solid duo already. I'd MUCH MUCH rather have Amendola. Dude was very good in St. Louis. Injuries are the only thing keeping him from Welker production in NE IMO.

Colston gives you a very solid 2/elite 3rd WR. I'm assuming the OP has a QB he is keeping and can then take the BPA out of rb/wr 1st.

We keep 3, but can't be same position, usually QB, WR, RB... You can keep players for 3 seasons... You can keep 1 player for a 4th year, but it costs you your #1 pick... This is year 4, so there is an unusual amount of great players coming back in... I had Matt Ryan for 3 years, but I'm letting him go... Ryan, Brees, Brady, Rodgers and Manning are coming back into the draft.. I'm going to keep M Lynch, A Hernandez(TE)and a WR... I can't keep 2 RB's so I'm just trying to upgrade my WR... He said yes to any of the 3, he'll have M Stafford, B Marshall and Gore... Only RB he has right now is S Greene... I'm going to go Colston... Thanks...

I'm gonna go against the grain and say take Welker.

Welker is a logical choice in a PPR. Welker will once again be right at the top of receptions.

Also, trade Hernandez for another tight end. He is more hype than anything. Get Jason Witten.

He is right. Welker and Thomas are the guys to own in Denver.

I like decker more than welker. I'd like Amendola too but he is guaranteed to miss games because he's made of porcelain

Decker became the main redone target as the year progressed. Thomas has the best potential because of his ability to turn in huge plays. Don't give up gore.....it's much easier to find a decent wr. Amendola is a good idea, but will he score? Maybe his chances increase with gronk injuries. Hernandez is the gem on the pats. Keep an eye on Hopkins on the texans.

true. But keep in mind Gore typically hasn't played a full 16 games in his career. He will be 30 this year and he has plenty of tread on the tires.

he usually misses a few games too. Totally not denying his talent, I've owned him before. Be careful. I've usually seen him drafted as a nice value pick, especially in auction leagues. Don't reach on this guy.

Absolutely.

?

Amendola presumably stepping into the dump off roll in NE seems to be a better play at this time than Welker sharing with Thomas and Decker (who I wouldn't just write off...he's a big, fast, strong WR). Welker will man the slot, but I don't see him getting the volume of work he did in NE.

gotcha...I guess my post was more or less assuming everyone stays healthy.
