Has LSU ever had this many quality Receivers before?

And as a caveat can our QB get the ball too them?
And will our Offensive game plan allow us to pass the ball at least 50% of the time. I have to think that our going after so many receivers bodes well for a more pass oriented game plan. what do you think?

We did have bowe lafell and buster all on the same team not too long ago The past few years passing frequency wasn't as much of a problem as the execution and quality of those pass plays.

Doucet was also there. That WR corp had everything. Davis was the deep threat, Doucet was the possession receiver, Bowe did everything well, and LaFell was the young guy with loads of potential.

2001 had Reed, Clayton and Myers as the top 3...

Devery Henderson played RB that year, and a $hit-ton (a technical term) of guys who were listed as WRs that year ended up doing much better on the other side of the ball - Webster, Prude and Hunt.

You are trying to be logical with Les. That never works.

Hold on playa. Don't write these dudes off like that. Blacknall, Dupre have the potential to be even better.

Lafell had terrible hands his first year he had a lot of balls go off his hands for int's but he came around and became pretty decent.

Best class-Bowe, Davis, Amp Hill, Lavelle Hawkins

Hill was injured and Hawkins got home sick and went back to Cali.

Blacknall and Dupre haven't even signed LOI's yet.

LaFell was more than decent. He was a very good receiver in a very bad QB situation. He got drafted in the 3rd round.

Oh my bad thinking of the possible future. Yeah the receivers we have right now won't be better except maybe Landry has the best chance to do something.
