I need to form an LLC and was wondering who has done this online, and what all is involved.

Made one last night. Im in louisiana and i did it online. Took about 10 minutes on the sos website.

If you will be the only member, do it yourself.
If there will be multiple members and the contributing of capital or other asset(s), you may want to see an attorney about an operating agreement. It's better to shell out a few hundred on the front end than confront chaos on the back end.
