I have an offer of Trout for Miggy on the table in my dynasty league.
My other 3B is Zimmerman.
My OF is Holliday, Ellsbury, Stanton, Carpenter, Hunter and Austin Jackson.
What would you guys do in this situation?

Do it. Then trade Zimmerman and Stanton (once he's healthy) for Miggy.
