Which video game enemies/characters scared you the most as a kid?

Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire -- These things seriously scared me so bad I could not play the level.

Pyramid Head in Silent Hill 2 ( I pretty much shite myself throughout the whole game)
This weird arse game over screen freaked me out too.

The resident evil 2 lickers were definitely my least favorite thing ever.

Basically the entire original Dead Space. frick that game right in its cornhole. I loved it but there were times when it legitimately scared me, which I can't say for any other game.
