You do realize that your computer monitor is basically a TV, right? The game is still on a TV, it's just using a different medium for delivery.

Just to clarify for people don't understand
You can get in Justin.tv. I stream it on roku on my TV but it looks like crap
You can watch it on ESPN3 online or via app, but ONLY if your cable/Internet provider has a deal with ESPN. Cox has a deal. Most other people are screwed.

unfortunately, I am not very computer savvy. Would someone explain what type of cord/cable I will need to hook my laptop to my LG TV. TIA and sorry for being an evolutionary reject!

I realize the frustrations of people who aren't using or don't have access to ESPN streams on their televisions. But the reality is espn3 is not a fringe way to deliver content to living rooms anymore. I'd actually have to come up with a different plan if the game was only on some local broadcast rather than espn3. Having access to a quality broadcast of all 16 sites tomorrow is going to be sweet.
