I have never been but from looking over the website, the location, and pricing I feel we can do much better. Thoughts?

It's not bad. Are there better places, yes. Could you do a lot worse, hell yes.

wouldnt make my best of, or my worst of lists.... i wouldnt choose it, but im not going to go crazy if someone else chooses it.
