The only tix available were some SRO... so how bad is it? Anyone think I'll be able to find two open seats somewhere?

Get there early and you'll have the best "seat" in the house. Went in when gates opened in 09 for all 3 games and it was great.

Had standing room only for the Stonybrook series..wasn't bad at all. Had a great view, but we got there kinda early to grab a good spot.

Well..LSU plays at 2 on Friday
Probably won't be great until the 4th inning..considering the time and the opponent.

Stood in the section left of home plate. Perfect view. First one to the concessions between innings too.

I used SRO in 2009 vs Rice.
If you are ok standing that long then do it. You have a great view, and conveniently located next to concessions and bathroom.

They were great every time I've gone. Last year for the regional, we had a douche Marshal that wouldn't let us sit on the ground when we got there 2 hours before start. We were completely out of the walking path inside the yellow line, but he said it was a fire hazard. First time we heard that one.

i found two tickets at the gate for last years 3rd game vs stoneybrook right behind home plate..you never know unless you try

I went by myself and never lost my spot. Most LSU fans aren't dicks. Of course, it was just one spot.
